Benefits of choosing Nurturing Support Psychology and Play Therapy
Utilising play to achieve positive outcomes for children and families
Become the confident, empowered parent you really want to be
Cultivate stronger, more positive relationships within your family
Finding a supportive and compassionate community when you, your child and your family need it the most
As a parent or carer, when you see your child hurting emotionally, it can be one of the most challenging places to find yourself in. It can leave you feeling helpless and overwhelmed, not to mention feeling as though you’re ‘not good enough’.
Finding the right support for yourself and your child can be a difficult process, especially when you are entrusting the care of your child and your family to another person. It is important for you to feel safe and supported, respected and seen, and as though you are part of a community.

Our Commitment
We are committed to listening to you and working with you to ensure you are receiving the best support to reach your goals. We recognise there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to children’s therapy, parent/carer support, or family support and we aspire to provide therapeutic services which are specific to the needs of your family.
Our Approach
We offer playful approaches within a place of emotional safety, to support children, parents, and carers to express themselves and their feelings, learn more about themselves, and grow toward their full potential
Parent and Carer Involvement
We understand parents and carers are an integral part of children’s therapy and as such, we ensure they are included, consulted, and informed at every step along the way. We also highly encourage parents and carers to engage in targeted parent consultations to be able to continue to support their child at home

With a holistic approach to children’s therapy, parents and carers can build stronger relationships with their child, while their child is on their own healing journey, and create real and long-lasting change within the family
